About SNAP-tag and CLIP-tag

SNAP- and the CLIP-tag are mutants of the human DNA repair protein O6-alkylguanine-DNA alkyltransferase (hAGT)  and are designed to form covalent bonds with with benzylguanine and benzylcytosine derivatives.
